A face familiar to the Fairbanks landscape will be filling a new spot in 2024.
Frank Ostanik has been named to return as the head men’s basketball coach of the Alaska Nanooks.
Ostanik previously held the position from 2004-2007. In the 16 years of interim, he served at Monroe Catholic.
Ostanik was a member of the Nanooks’ team from 1990-1992 and earned his bachelor’s degree there in 1993.
